Sarah Schaaf Photography is proud to be the official photographer for the 2025 FHANA Fall Festival (East) at the Kentucky Horse Park!

I will be offering pre-registration for discounted packages September 1st- November 1st. I will also be taking a limited number of clients for 4K video content, which must be reserved by November 1st. 

You do NOT have to sign up to receive photo coverage- ALL rides/ classes will be covered! Pre registration is only for discounted packages and video coverage.

Package I

5 web sized images for social media use

$90

You will receive priority delivery on your images once selected. At the conclusion of the show, you will receive a link to your personalized album, and instructions for selecting your images. Once images are selected, I will edit and deliver them within 72 hours. You will receive your watermarked images that you can share across the web.

- Video Coverage -

In today’s fast-paced, digital world, video is one of the most powerful ways to share your horse show experience. From showcasing your horse’s performance to celebrating milestone moments, video clips create lasting memories while also giving you engaging content to share with friends, family, and followers.

Whether you’re building your professional brand or simply want to relive the excitement, having video coverage ensures your story shines on and off the show grounds.

$75 PER CLASS

- 40-60 second fully edited reel for social media

-unedited video clips to make your own reels

-Delivery within 7 days of the conclusion of the show

Video Coverage MUST be booked by November 1st

PLEASE NOTE

-Pre Registration/ Video coverage is not guaranteed until invoice is paid in full

-Images in the initial gallery will be unedited
-Final, edited images will be delivered within 72 hours. If you need images sooner, a rush fee will be applied.
-Packages do NOT include print or commercial release. Commercial licensing and high resolution images for print can be purchased individually through the album. 
-Refunds will only be issued if photographer is made aware of scratches BEFORE class/ ride time. 

Mini Portrait Sessions
$200 per horse

Big moments deserve to be remembered. During the show, I’m offering a limited number of  mini portrait sessions for competitors—designed to fit seamlessly into your busy show schedule.

These sessions are the perfect way to capture the partnership, pride, and polish you’ve worked so hard for. With professional images, you’ll not only have keepsakes to celebrate your achievements, but also stunning content to share with friends, family, and sponsors.

Quick, convenient, and unforgettable—your  memories, preserved forever.

**Portrait Sessions will take place in the last 2 hours before sunset. The session will be 30 minutes long, and you will receive 8 digital images for social media with the option to purchase additional photos.
